 Recipe of Fish Tikka


Wash and dry 1/2 kg fish, in a bowl mix together 2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp yogurt, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1/2 tsp all spice, 1/4 tsp turmeric, pinch of orange color and 1/2 tsp chaat masala, marinate boneless fish in this paste for 1 hour, put fish cubes on skewers, now grill bake in oven on 200 degree C for 15 minutes, remove, garnish with lemon wedges and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
